About Us

Beehive Mills Resource Centre is a not for profit organisation which aims to improve the quality of life of the residents in the Upper Calder Valley by providing a wide range of opportunities for them to learn, develop and explore their potential. The founding management team are all qualified tutors and trainers themselves with a deep commitment to lifelong learning.

We hope that local people will get used to looking at our website, on HebWeb and the Hebden Bridge Times to find out what courses are being planned and sign up for the ones that excite them. While the first few courses are being organised by the Committee themselves, we are relying on the many skilled people in the community to come forward and rent the space and increase the learning and development choices on offer.

We also aim to attract external funding where available to offer learning opportunities that are either subsidised or free at the point of delivery.

Beehive Mills Resource Centre is a great space and available for hire at competitive rates. Catering and refreshments can be provided if required.
